By accessing or using DebtCheck, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DebtCheck is an AI-powered loan statement analysis platform. The Service is provided for informational purposes only. See our Disclaimer for important limitations.
3. Acceptable Use
- Only upload documents that belong to you or that you are authorised to share.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the platform's analysis systems.
- Do not upload fraudulent or misleading content.
- Do not attempt to circumvent payment requirements for paid features.
4. Payments and Refunds
Paid reports are processed securely via Stripe. Payments are non-refundable once analysis has been delivered, except where required by applicable consumer law.
If you experience a technical failure preventing delivery, contact support@debtcheck.io within 5 business days.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of documents you upload. By uploading, you grant DebtCheck a limited licence to process them solely to deliver your analysis. Generated reports are for your personal use only.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DebtCheck and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Users in Fiji, Australia, New Zealand, and the United States acknowledge that local consumer protection laws may also apply.
