• Email address — Provided when you request an email summary or receipt.
• Payment information — Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Usage data — Anonymous data about how you use the Service, collected via analytics tools.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, and session data collected automatically.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To process your uploaded loan statement and generate your analysis.
• To deliver reports, documents, and email summaries you have requested.
• To process payments and send payment confirmation emails.
• To maintain, improve, and troubleshoot the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations where required.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your uploaded documents to train AI models.

4. Document Retention

• Free tier — Documents are not retained after analysis is complete.
• Basic tier — Analysis results saved for 7 days.
• Full tier — Analysis results retained for 12 months or until you request deletion.

5. Third-Party Services

• Stripe — Payment processing.
• Resend — Transactional email delivery.
• Anthropic (Claude API) — AI analysis processing.
• Railway — Cloud infrastructure and hosting.
• Sentry — Error monitoring. No personal document content is included in error logs.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@debtcheck.io. We will respond within 30 days.
